(KPL) Recently Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong praised the efforts of some Champassak people in ensuring better lives for themselves, by implementing the Party’s policy and called for all ethnic groups to unite and ensure the stability of politic.
Mr. Thongsing talked to officials, military personnel and police officers, as well as well known figures in Champassak province when he visited on 31 October.
After being briefed about the activities in the areas of socio-economic development, national defence and security by the provincial governor Mr. Sonsay Siphandone, PM Thongsing praised cadres, party members, and all parties as well as local people for their efforts in implementing the party’s policy as well as state laws. He said by doing so they had ensured local security and improvements in people’s living conditions, step by step.
Mr. Thongsing also called for ethnic people of all social strata to unite and implement the resolution of the 9th Party Congress and the nation’s laws and regulations. He asked them to overcome all difficulties to fulfil the cause of national defence and construction.
